Black Belt Recruiting and Internet Attraction Marketing

Mike Dillard's Black Belt Recruiting has been launched.  MLM professionals have been flocking to it in droves.  But what exactly does Black Belt Recruiting teach that has not already been taught? 

Not much really.  I bought the CD pack, listened to them in my car, read the booklet and thought "hmmm, I think I've heard all of this before".  But after listening to it again something started to take hold...I actually started to feel like I got it. 

It's not so much what Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser discuss on the CD's that is different, but rather how they present it and how they tie it into the new paradigm shift in Network Marketing of attracting prospects to you.  Make it their idea to buy from you.  Wow, this suddenly all made sense and became so much more clear as I listened to it over and over again. 

The reason so many people in the Network Marketing industry have a dreaded fear of calling prospects is numbers and quality.  That's right, numbers.  You see, most Network Marketers have a small list of prospects - either prospects that they paid a hefty price tag for or ones that they sought out in malls, neighborhoods, gyms, wherever they happened to be that day.   Bottom line, these prospects, if any good at all, are tire kickers at best (except for the occasional one or two) and will drive you right to the bottom of the emotional elevator if you let them.

But what Mike Dillard explains in his book that accompanies the CD's is the new paradigm when it comes to selling in today's market.  Not only do you attract prospects to you but you make it THEIR idea to join your business or buy from you.  The key here is you need to have a lot of prospects flowing through your pipeline and they need to be prospects that are quality, targeted leads.  When you have 10-20 people a day that you are talking to as opposed to 10-20 people a month, your approach and attitude take on a whole new dimension.

Prospecting the old way has become obsolete.  And if you aren't on the gravy train yet, you better get on board or you will drown in the sea of failed network marketers.  Learning the methods of Attraction Marketing are key to success in today's environment.  People today are flooded with information and countless options to choose from thanks to the internet.  Therer is a new trend taking hold and you need to take advantage of it before it passes.  

If you want to sell something to someone today or pitch your opportunity, you need to get invited into their world first.   Now you are a welcome guest as opposed to another pesky salesman.  Once you have done this, then talking to a prospect becomes easier and you are in charge of the conversation.  You are deciding who you want in your business, not the other way around. 

This isn't about having one piece of the puzzle.  You need to have all of the pieces first, before you can complete the picture.  Educating yourself on how to prospect is key.  Learning how to talk to your prospect so that you are in charge and making the decisions is exactly what Black Belt Recruiting teaches.  It takes you step by step through many scenarios and teaches you how to lead the conversation.  Excellent CD set and great material throughout.  BUT....

You need to also be a student of Internet Attraction Marketing if you really want this to work.  As I said earlier, I realized after listening to this over and over again, it was not only about HOW to approach my prospects but rather HOW MANY quality prospects I had approaching me and who I would choose to keep and who I would choose to disqualify. 

People are wary at best today.  They are afraid of rip off artists, being "SOLD" or making mistakes.  This new paradigm shift in Network Marketing is the future.  You can be successful today but you have to throw away your old habits.  I know old habits die hard - I had to shed mine too.  But it can work and it does work and Black Belt Recruiting is just one more piece of the big puzzle to make it work.

I plan on doing a review on each CD in the coming days so stay tuned.

For me, I do best with hands-on training and so I became a student at Renegade University where they offer step by step tutorials on how exactly to set up your Internet Attraction Marketing.  Where to go, what sites to use.   Lots of powerful information and free tutorials for the newbie to get a feel for the new methods.

But that decision is up to you - however you choose to learn Internet Attraction Marketing, learn it now.  Combine it with the best education out there and even if you have failed before, you will be able to build your business and get ahead of the trend.  Learn these concepts and it could be a new beginning for you in this industry.
